The works comprised the site works including paving, car-parking, site fittings, drainage and site services along with roads and services to the proposed car-park at Tralee Golf Club, Barrow, Co Kerry.  Works carried out while facility remained trading. All excavated materials at outset of project were stored on site for re-use at end of project, e.g. building up site levels and large areas of landscaping, excavated rock crushed on site to produce on site hardcore.
