This project involves the restoration of the fire damaged Compound area of the Tricel Manufacturing facility at the Ballyspillane Industrial Estate. The overall project entails removing and disposing of all fire damaged elements of the building which includes structural steel, wall cladding, roof cladding, gutters and downpipes, internal block walls, internal steel platform, heat rooms, process and other equipment, electrical services & mechanical services and reinstating these elements as per the scope of works. At present the site is in a live industrial estate. This works includes but not limited to the following:

• Erection and eventual removal of site hoarding/barriers. 
• Removal of all fire damaged elements of the building. 
• Demolition of internal walls. 
• Removal of fire damaged process/ electrical/ mechanical equipment. 
• Reinstatement of steel components of building( ie.Steel/ cladding/ roofing /equipment).  
• Reinstatement of blockwork. 
• Reinstatement of electrical /mechanical components. 
• Mechanical & Electrical.
• Installation and removal of contractor equipment/site welfare facilities.
